Porcelain Patio Installation

Modern porcelain patio installation with contrasting borders and a high-quality contemporary finish.

This patio project transformed an ageing and heavily overgrown paved area into a clean, modern outdoor space designed to complement the property and provide a practical area for everyday use.

The existing paving was removed and the area fully prepared to provide a solid foundation for the new patio. Careful attention was given to the different levels around the property, creating a neat transition between the house, existing lawn and surrounding garden.

Large-format grey porcelain paving was then installed, complemented by contrasting dark edging and feature bands. The darker detailing defines the different sections of the patio and creates a particularly smart finish around the perimeter, corners and changes in level.

Attention to detail was important throughout the project, from the preparation and setting out through to the precise cuts, consistent joints and finishing around the property.

The completed patio provides a considerably more attractive and usable outdoor area, with a contemporary, low-maintenance finish that has completely transformed the space.
